Job Description


Your main tasks will be:

  • Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
  • SAP Order management
  • Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal
  • Logistic claims: registration and follow up
  • Customer specific requirements: Registration and follow-up
  • Project work
  • General support for sales and logistics team

Qualifications

  • You are currently a business student with, by preference, specialization in Logistics
  • Languages: fluent in English; German is an asset
  • Very good computer skills in MS Office (f.e. Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
  • Organized and structured problem solver
  • Pro-active towards process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and with deadlines

Additional Information


If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/Collegeoutside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 850/month.

  • If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a EU residence permit that allows you to work in Belgium.
  • In case, you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a European Union country.
