We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT sector.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their future IT requirements and align our offerings accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on IT solutions and services.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
