Want to be a game changing Data Analyst for a successful Belgian skincare company that is active in the Benelux? This is your chance to work directly with the COO and have a strategic impact on the company through your precise forecasting models and data analysis skills.

The Happy Skin is a skincare company in Beersel, south of Brussels, that is the exclusive distributor of 3 of the best skincare brands of the world. They are active in 4 countries and have a yearly turnover of more than 10 million euros. Joining this happy team of 40 means being able to use your skills at full potential.

You’re responsible for

  • Setting up automated reporting (dashboards): internal reporting of the most important information for the entire company.
  • Guiding management and sales representatives based on data you analyze.
  • Providing the order team with a clear overview of trends and forecasts.
  • Entering Demand/Supply data
  • Having a good line of communication with teammates and other departments to ensure they understand the data well, also presenting data result outputs to partners and management teams.
  • The onboarding of new reporting/IT tools
  • The IT budget

Your skills

hard

  • You’re a true Excel wizard and MS Office is childsplay for you
  • You have knowledge of ERP/CROM systems
  • You speak fluently Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT domain and a Bachelor or Master diploma
  • You are tech savvy and know how to present data insights understandably to partners
