Join Keystone Solutions as an IT Coordinator, a consultancy position that entails working on client projects in the public transport sector. Your primary role will be to contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive sales solutions IT systems. This position emphasizes reliable, client-focused solutions, enabling effective customer interactions for acquiring and managing transport tickets. Working as a Keystone consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, participate in strategic initiatives, and engage in the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate project teams and delivery activities, structuring and overseeing work packages, including those from external providers.
  • Documentation and Risk Management: Maintain precise project documentation, manage risk, and ensure effective communication with the management and governance bodies.
  • End-to-End Project Implementation: Lead the analysis and oversee the full implementation process.
  • Work Package Coherence: Consolidate work-package content to ensure service consistency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and team members.
  • Solution Proposals: Recommend robust, low-customization, and innovative solutions.
  • Testing Coordination: Participate in or coordinate technical and functional testing.
  • Deployment Oversight: Manage deployments in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide support to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure clear documentation of specifications and maintenance processes.
  • Agile Practices: Apply and contribute to the Agile practices used by the team, fostering continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile:

  • Education: Masters in IT, Engineering, or Management with strong IT knowledge.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in large-scale, cross-functional IT project management.
  • Languages:
    • French or Dutch: Excellent proficiency.
    • Second Language (French or Dutch): Good proficiency.
    • English: Professional proficiency.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, testing, and ITIL V4.
    • Familiarity with tools like Confluence and Jira.
  • Certifications (desirable):
    • Certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner.
    • Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Additional Details:

  • On-Site Commitment: Must be available for on-site work 2-3 times per week.
  • Sector Experience: Experience in public transport is a significant advantage.
  • Contract Duration: Initial and potential renewal up to 880 working days.
