Key Responsibilities

Together with Networking team, you define, deploy and maintain global IT Networking platforms: WAN, LAN, WLAN
You work closely with the IT Security Office to determine priorities and roadmaps
You conduct market research on evolution of technologies in the IT security and networking domain and liaise with existing and potential future suppliers

Your profile

You are a team player who is used to working in global teams and who is also able to work independently on assigned tasks/projects
You are passionate about security and improving the general security posture of Barco
You keep yourself continuously updated on latest Cyber security threats
You work organized and structured and are able to communicate results clearly
You are proactive, can work autonomously and have good problem-solving skills
You are proficient in IT security: Malware, Threats, Vulnerability
You have knowledge about:

Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
Operating systems: Basic knowledge of Linux, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PC and server operating systems
Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, O365
WSUS and/-or other Microsoft patching methodologies
Vulnerability scanning tools
Anti-Virus software
Firewall
SIEM tooling

You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken language

Education

You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and min 5-10 years working experience in IT security and networking domains listed as Key Responsibilities
