Description

To support our growth and thus complete our ICT team, we are looking for an IT manager.

Profile:

  • You support the management in the further implementation and execution of the ICT strategy (processes, business applications, architecture,...).
  • You align the ICT strategy with the organisational choices and draw up a roadmap together with the management.
  • You manage and optimise the ICT infrastructure. In doing so, you do not lose sight of innovation, efficiency and the budget.
  • You lead the ICT department consisting of several experienced teams. You ensure that the continuity of the ICT services is guaranteed.
  • You analyse and monitor the performance, impact and quality of the ICT services.
  • With a strong business orientation, you act as a sounding board for the management. You deliver workable solutions. In addition, your influence helps ensure an accessible ICT policy.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with the organisation and its stakeholders.
  • You closely follow what is going on in the market in order to be able to respond to the developments within our rapidly changing organisation.
  • You report to the CEO/COO.
  • You have the ambition to move up to a CIO position.

Competences

  • You combine a higher education with strong experience as an ICT manager
  • Your experience in leading a team ensures that you know how to motivate your employees.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of all ICT facets
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, as well as a good knowledge of English
  • Business Savvy with a nose for innovation
  • Your adaptability and flexibility enable you to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You are communicatively and organisationally strong
  • A result and solution-oriented approach typifies you.
