Mission and Key Tasks

The Group IT Security Expert is a centralized function to manage the security environments within the Ontex group of companies. Your main goal is to optimize this essential cornerstone of the company. Work in close collaboration with the in-country IT Support Engineers and Corporate Security Team to ensure that there is seamless collaboration and the most optimal infrastructural security available group wide. Being part of the Information Security team, you will take a share of responsibility within project workgroups, defined by the Group CISO. You will respect the boundaries of ICT rules & regulations

Background and Experience

• Take the accountability on global identity management, including for global standards, privileged accounts, service accounts & cloud accounts management. You will leverage the tools provided to monitor and avoid abuse with high privileged accounts
• Identifying and defining system security requirements
• Take responsibility on antivirus and antimalware protection on both clients and servers
• Follow-up, report on and mitigate if needed all devices that are not compliant with the company policies on for example disk encryption, local administrator privileges, etc
• Ensure all mobile devices that are accessing our data and systems are managed.
• Assist the Information Security and HR teams in improving the companies On- and Off Boarding process (Identity Lifecycle Management).
• Design rules and regulations (policy) for 3th Party, External & Guest Users Account Management (External Suppliers, External Contractors, M&A Transitions, …)
• In collaboration with the Group Information Security Manager and Telecoms team you will build a framework to ensure policies and procedures are in place to protect our global collaboration platform, running on Office 365
• Assist in designing the global security standards for the all manufacturing facilities, working in close collaboration with the business and IT people in the plants for a realistic structure, that can be implemented by the support engineers
• Take accountability on the refinement of the overall global Patch Management standard, ensuring the highest standard of security towards clients & back-end systems
• You remain vigilant on security reporting, when new malware or ransomware outbreaks occur. You act on the spot and mitigate, if needed, the risk for Ontex as soon as possible
• Setup, maintain and enforce communications on breaches, downtime and general security status to end-users, IT management and the IT Country Support Engineers
• Take initiative to ensure that security policies are in place in collaboration with HR, legal and IT management Deploy and distribute in collaboration with local IT country engineers
• Ensure the highest level of security within the company; ensure that precaution measures are in place to prevent any kind of electronic attacks from external / internal to the Ontex Global network or the devices connect to it
• Work in collaboration with the people responsible for cloud controlling, e-mail, SAP and other key business application environments to ensure the security of these environments. Ensure there is a security by design approach for every system and every change
  

Job Requirements

• Min. 7 years’ experience within a similar, focused security function, or provable expertise
• Min. 3 years within an international company, preferably stock market based
• Experience in building and maintaining security systems
• ITIL Foundation
• Good understanding of the latest security principles, techniques and protocols
• Language knowledge: English is a must have, Dutch, German and/or French is a plus
• Flexibility and ingenuity, sharp mental skills
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Ability and desire to learn and evolve his or her skills
• Proactive and responsible, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented, self-starting, self-motivated and able to work independently
