Are you a Service Management enthusiast who enjoys working in the international environment? We are looking for experienced IT Service Management Champion who can help our region with implementation of ServiceNow platform as well as establishing IT Service Management processes in aligment with Global IT SMO.
IT Service Management Champion is part of the Regional IT Governance team and is responsible for establishing effective IT Service Management practices within IT Infrastructure Support Team (ITIST) acting on behalf of the Region/Zone. IT Service Management Champion works closely with Global IT Service Management Office (IT SMO) to facilitate implementation of the best Service Management standards in alignment with the Group strategy.
The main duties of IT Service Management Champion:
IT Service Management platform implementation efforts including:
- Lead the Implementation of ’IT Service Management at Eurofins’ and ServiceNow within Region/Zone,
- Provide inputs towards Group IT SMO in terms of accuracy of Service Management process designs and implementation,
- Coordinate ServiceNow rollout in close collaboration with Group IT SMO and supported Zones within the Region,
- Plan the IT Service Management platform implementation and ensure the it is executed according in the right time manner,
IT Service Management process delivery:
- Drive preparation of SOPs/Procedure specific to the User Zones for adapting the ITSM Key Group Documents (KGDs),
- Design and document the IT Service Management processes in accordance with Group practices,
- Ensure Implementation of IT Processes and hence effective IT Services being offered to the Zones,
- Leverage the usage of ServiceNow platform to enhance ITSM processes compliance within Region,
- Make sure that the Service Management lessons learned and metrics are captured and support continual process improvement,
- Liaise with Group IT SMO and ensure that the ITSM processes are in line with Regional strategy.
Risk Management
- Provide inputs for IT risk analysis to identify current risk level and develop an action plan for minimizing risk to an acceptable level,
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and develop resolution plans. Perform incident analysis and suggest action items,
- Respond to internal customer (RBLs) feedback, inputs and complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and work experience:
- You have Technical Bachelor’s degree,
- You have more than 3 years of experience in IT Service Management,
- ITILv4 Fundation certified,
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills and excellent listening skills are required,
- Fluent spoken and written English,
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM platform,
- Thorough understanding of Software and Infrastructure aspects of IT projects
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Organised and disciplined in the working environment, ability to adapt to varying stakeholder’s requirements,
- Ability to understand complex business problems and needs
