Description

  • Providing technical assistance to internal teams on hardware, software, network aspects (routers, LAN and WAN networks, etc;
  • Installing and configuring new equipment, for example when a new colleague arrives
  • Participate as an actor in Service Management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management & Change Management, ...).

Profiles
  • Solid knowledge of hardware (workstations, printers, etc.) and networks (routers, LAN and WAN).
  • A first successful professional experience in IT technical support is essential.
  • Rigour, organisational skills (respect for planning), proactivity and good interpersonal skills for teamwork.
