You will be provide support to end users in local and regional offices globally, which will include computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems, office applications, communicate and collaborate with global IT team members to advance IT initially, etc.

The Following Experience Is Required For This Role
  • Degree in Computer science or Information Technology
  • Min. 1 year experience in a help desk or IT support role
  • Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and other applications
  • Fluent English
This role is located in Leuven area so will suit a local candidate or someone who would be interested to relocate here. Please bear in mind that you need to be eligible to live and work in Belgium prior to your application as no visa sponsorship is provided.
