We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Account Manager to join our forces. As a true relationship builder that feels at home in a great hands-on team as part of the most integrated communications group in Belgium. You have the ability to connect and motivate people. You’ll be responsible on a daily basis for some great brands, focusing on excellent teamwork, good vibes and a profitable collaboration between the agency and the client.

You are responsible for the operational follow-up of your clients, never letting the brand strategy out of sight. It’s your task to make sure we deliver and briefings run smoothly: integrated campaigns varying in different media: print, radio, tv, online, brand activation, …

Curious about our clients? We’ve been working for INNO, Kom op tegen Kanker, Kruidvat and Dafalgan for years. Recently we also added Bolero, Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Hey! Telecom, Standaard Boekhandel and some more to our portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

• You want to know everything about your client’s brand and products; see yourself as the client’s representative.
• You have a positive and proactive mindset and are often called a good communicator, with good presentation skills.
• You’re rock solid in organising and details are as important as the bigger picture. Project management is something you excel in.
• You’re able to write production briefings and to handle the follow-up.
• You like to work in team, and coaching a small team gives you energy.
• Since you’ll be working for Dutch/French speaking clients, it’s important to be native in one language and professional in the other. You’ll also need a professional knowledge of English.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the advertising or communications industry is a must.
