Job Summary

The Dutch-speaking Account Manager is responsible for finding new and existing landowners with Cell Sites or telecom equipment on their land. Then negotiate contract terms with the landlords to purchase the leases they have in place with the telecom operator. The AM oversees the process and coordinates with internal and external technical departments.

Major Goals and Responsibilities

· Finding new and existing landlords in the Belgium Market.

· Negotiate Terms of Leases with landlords.

· Coordinate the full process of acquiring new leases.

Essential Activities

· Working Closely with the marketing Dept. in finding new landlords with Cell Sites.

· Communicate with landlords: This includes negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemails and emails to/from landlords.

· Negotiate and coordinate with landlords and internal legal and underwriting departments and liaise with client’s technical departments.

· Prepare proposals: This includes creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via fax, email, standard mail, etc.

· Enter data: This includes entering data into the Company’s database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Skills

1. Native-level Dutch and good English skills required.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.

3. Enthusiastic & proactive.

4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

5. Demonstratable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action.

6. Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required.

7. Ability to prioritize and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.

8. Effective time management skills.

9. Comfortable placing outbound calls.

Experience

1. 1 – 2 years of sales experience within a commission-based sales environment.

2. Customer service, call center, and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful.

3. Experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry is helpful.

4. A college degree is necessary.
