Job Description

  • Prepare supplier invoicing, payments and record them
  • Establish the monthly forecasts
  • Manage and account for outgoing purchases
  • Reconcile and review the accounts payable ledger
  • Assist the general accountant in his daily accounting
  • Perform some additional administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a bachelor degree in accounting or related professional qualifications
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in French/or Dutch and English
  • You have solid IT skills in accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Office programs; G Suite)
  • You like to work a in team
  • Knowledge of ORACLE Cloud is a plus
