To re enforce the EMEA team of a company located in Diegem Robert Half is looking for an accountant you will working together with the Accounting Manager and you will both reporting to the Finance Director

As an Accountant you have the following responsibilities:

  • Booking accounts payable invoices and prepare payment runs
  • Booking of the bank statements
  • Perform the Customer billing
  • Development of process and procedure
  • Installing control reports and processes
  • Participate in automation projects

In the long run with guidance :

  • handle month end closing process
  • preparing VAT, Intrastat returns
  • preparing annual accounts/corporate tax returns
  • credit management/credit limits
  • other legal reporting
  • set up of masterdata
  • cash planning

As a Financial Analyst you have the following qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor in accounting, or equal by experience
  • You have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role within a finance department
  • Knowledge of ERP systems sa Sap, Oracle is a plus - good knowledge of Excel is a big plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, all other languages are a plus
  • You work accurate and timely
  • You are a real teamplayer but you can also work indenpendently
  • You are process minded and looking for improvements
  • You are accountable, responsible, flexible and willing to invest
