We’re looking for an Accounting Officer

As an Accounting officer, you will assist the Finance & Accounting department with accounting and administration. As a dynamic team player, you will use your accounting skills in order to increase the overall productivity of the Finance & Accounting team. You will handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.

  • You will be responsible for the general administration and accountancy (entering and paying purchase invoices, entering financial statements, making travel reports, filing data, etc.).
  • You will process expenses and VISA expenditure statements.
  • You will act as a backup for customer reception (answering and filtering phone calls, replying to correspondence and emails, etc.).
  • You will act as a backup for access control management.

What skills.do you require?

No doubt you know your way around numbers. But let’s dig a bit deeper into the various technical skills you’ll need to get started as an Accounting Officer.

  • Preferably one year of practical experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Navision is a definite plus

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Accountancy), Business Administration or equivalent through experience.
