Agile Product Owner

Join Keystone Solutions as an Agile Product Owner, where you will be working on an exciting consultancy mission within a client’s KYC (Know Your Customer) domain. As a consultant, you will be an integral part of their Agile Scrum Team, representing stakeholders and embodying the voice of the customer. Your role will be pivotal in capturing customer expectations, preferences, and aversions, and ensuring these are effectively communicated and prioritized within the team. Role Overview:As an Agile Product Owner, you will be responsible for the following:

Design Phase and Project Methodology:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive vision of the product, including its roadmap, and translate this vision into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Clarify and document key functional specifications according to Agile principles, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the product requirements.
• Lead iteration planning, define priorities, and ensure the delivery of content that meets business needs.
• Continuously prioritize and manage the Product Backlog to reflect key business needs, maintaining alignment among stakeholders on the product’s deliverables.

Project Follow-up and Support:

• Implement a priority management approach to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including retrospectives, demos, and test labs, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team.
• Serve as the decision-maker or authority on delivered functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct live adjustments to the Sprints Backlog, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch/French: Proficiency in either Dutch or French is essential.
• English: Strong command of English is required, along with fluency in at least one local language (Dutch or French).

Travel & Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on-site presence with the client and 50% homeworking, allowing for a flexible work environment.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience as an Agile Product Owner, specifically in the KYC domain.
• Business Experience: Essential knowledge includes experience within the BNPP group, a deep understanding of the business environment, expertise in Agile methodologies, budget management, and project management.
