Application Support Specialist (ITSM)


  • Working Location:Mons, Belgium
  • Security Clearance:NATO Secret / SC
  • Language:High proficiency level in English language


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· System level knowledge on BMC ITSM toolset and its capabilities
· Experience in Oracle database application development and maintenance
· ITIL Service management knowledge
· Experience in management systems implemented at NCIA
· System level knowledge on BMC AOOM toolset
· Experience in CMOS AtriumEAl and Reconciliation methodology
· System knowledge on BMC API


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Daily management of ITSM on NS, NR and NU: profile Management I Licensing I Application Configuration
  • ITSM development, support and maintenance for Incident Management I Change (and release) Management
  • Request Fulfilment I Service Level Management I Asset lifecycle
  • Development of additional features and processes in ITSM: Problem ManagementICapacity Management
  • Availability Management
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of Oracle database applications
  • Support ADDM deployment in the 3 networks (NS/NR/MS)
  • Migration to Intel based platforms and stop of Solaris
  • Migration to helix 21.x
