Role Summary:

We are looking for someone with solid experience in pump assembly & basic CNC knowledge. Flowserve Groot-Bijgaarden is our centre of excellence for the production and assembly of both plastic-lined (INNOMAG) and metal (ISO MAG) magnetically driven centrifugal pumps for the EMA region.

You will be involved in the following tasks: Mounting of magnetic couplings Mounting of plain bearings Mounting of Magnetically Driven ISO/ANSI Centrifugal Pumps Hydraulic testing of centrifugal pumps Installing Engineered Package

What you need for this position:

  • Experience in reading and understanding a pump cross-section drawing, bill of materials, dimensional drawing
  • Experience in pump assembly
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming
  • Basic knowledge of CNC turning Talent and/or experience in precision assembly Quality oriented
  • Experience in working with quality control measuring equipment Interested in suggesting improvements
  • Able to work with quality control measuring equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Assembly of slide bearings
  • Mounting of magnetically driven ISO/ANSI centrifugal pumps
  • Hydraulic testing of centrifugal pumps
  • Assembly of Engineered Packages
