Your role

The Product Definition Analyst designs product solutions to meet the customers’ expectations. He/she analyses the requirements (as product owner or together with the product owner) and designs functional solutions together with the Scrum team. He/she works together with other engineering roles to, together, enrich the customer experience. He/she contributes to any continuous improvement efforts, in line with the company’s standards.

Main Activities

You will:
Assess requirements:
Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user
products.
Analyse business requirements submitted by Product Management.
Size specification and validation work.

Carry out functional design:
Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other applications of the company and ensure nfunctional compatibility.

Overview validation:
Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign off
Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.

Manage relations with key stakeholders:
Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.
Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and Implementation phases.

Your profile

You have a Master degree in engineering or science or business studies / equivalent by experience
You have an understanding of/interest in IT concepts (APIs / UX / ...)
You have a multicultural approach
You work pro-activity, have a sense of initiative, autonomy.
You are used to change management and are flexibel
You are analytical and have problem-solving skills
You can gather information
You are communicative
You are fluent in English
You strive for continuous improvement
