We are looking for a manager to lead our Azure Cloud Practice, a growing team of talents who provide technology expertise and guidance to our clients on their Cloud Transformation with Azure.

Your role, what will you work on?

• You will be the end responsible for the operations of the Microsoft Azure Cloud practice of Devoteam Belgium.
• Together with the Microsoft Business Leader and Business Line Manager you will define the ambitions and plan for growth of your practice.
• You will define the recruitment plan and lead the hiring process.
• Together with your Team coaches, you will be the trusted people manager of your consultants with plans on career paths, salary evolution, training & certification.
• Together with the technical leaders in your practice:
• Collaborate with partners, peers, sales, and technical teams to develop value propositions with Azure solutions and services offerings.
• Thought leader and trusted advisor to our customers. Define and present models and roadmaps for customer’s journey to Azure.
• Lead pre-sales and delivery assurance, including responses to large scale customer opportunities, including ITT’s, RFP’s and RFI’s
• Lead end to end Cloud transformation programs to meet client organization IT and business objectives.
• Creating systems, tools & processes that will enhance our clients support and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and customer stakeholders
• Manage project delivery and overall profitability of the practice (P&L), steering on headcount, daily rates & cost, billability, etc.

• Experience with and a passion for people & line-management, training, and mentoring
• Experience with responsibility on Profit & Loss (P&L)
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills to Cx level
• Minimum 8+ years Microsoft Infrastructure product delivery (Azure, AD, Virtualization, …)
• Strong understanding of business and IT architecture frameworks and methodologies and Consulting and Project Management methodologies.
• Very strong communication skills, including strong documentation skills and comfortable presenting to mid-large internal and external audiences
• Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, application integration/delivery and Azure architecture / solutions - including Well Architected Reviews, Migration, DevOps and Security
• Azure certification : AZ300, AZ 301, AZ500
• Evidence of thought leadership / leading innovation
• Hands on design and setup of large Azure programs and knowledge of best practices.
