We are looking for a talented and ambitious marketer to support our growth and to become our Brand & Growth Marketing Manager.

The role is about developing & implementing your marketing vision on the real estate market and generating growth results aligned with our business & expansion goals. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

About the job

• Supporting growth across existing & new markets, working with cross-functional teams to generate awareness on the most relevant off- and online channels
• Supervising the implementation of the digital marketing strategies with the brand & growth marketing team (content associate & digital marketing lead)
• Expanding the marketing team by hiring new members to answer the company’s goals
• Defining the marketing vision across the company & driving innovation to remain the most innovative player on the market
• Managing our corporate brand, so key to our success, across all markets
• Supervising the creation of B2B marketing campaigns to recruit new agency directors and support our expansion in France
• Managing the communication strategy (internal & external) and be the main point of contact for every PR-related topics
• Building & tracking the yearly marketing budget, following closely the ROI of every marketing action

• You love leading your team to success ????
• You have a high-level understanding of digital marketing
• You understand and are sensitive to the construction of a brand, and its impact on our business
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Working for a scale-up? Hell, yes ????
• 5-10 years of experience in Marketing
• You have a perfect command of French and are fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
