Overview

Kemin Animal nutrition and health - Emena is searching a Business Analysis Manager. As Business Analysis Manager (based in Herentals) you will be part of the EMEA Finance team and will be reporting to the Finance Director. The Business Analysis Manager will bring added valu e to theAccounting and Finance processes by coordinating various aspects of finance . You will act as a Business Partner with senior level managers and executives onboth operational and strategicinitiatives within KAE .The Business Analysis Manager has the r esponsibility of ensuring the respective business units financials and analysis are accurately and timely reported, and needs to ensure that Kemin’s assets are fully protected at all time.

Responsibilities

As aBusiness Analysis Manageryou will have a variety of responsibilities such as:
  • Management Reporting, incl KPI’s, trends, commentary, high/low lights, challenges and opportunities
  • Forecasting and Budgeting
  • Monitor sales, margin and opex performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growth
  • Standard Cost Calculation and Control
  • Ad-Hoc financial analysis and Presentations for the Executive Team and the Finance Director
  • Business investment (Capex & Projects) analysis and post-investment reviews
  • Sales & Marketing incentive programs tracking and reporting
  • Finance business partner for KAE
  • Support on MEC Lipetsk & KAE
Qualifications

  • Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting or Finance
  • +- 10 years of experience
  • Accurate, persistent, driven, agile

  • Positive attitude towards ERP related projects and complexity and high willingness to learn (ERP & BI)
  • Project driven
  • Very good communication skills in English
