Our ideal Business Analyst will

Embody the interaction between business & IT and manage the transformation to a Digital organization

Act as supplier, Business Partner and ultimately Growth Enabler for the Business

Lead the change management process for the AX/365 solution and introduce enhancements in support of the business, and other business value-added feature requests.

In your main role at Esko, you will:
  • Translate business processes and requirements into the AX/365 solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISV’s or best of breed solutions
  • Lead the transformation from the legacy systems to the ERP AX/365 Solution and establish a global ERP architecture by integrating Dynamics AX/365 solutions across functional lines globally
  • Lead the roll-out of the AX/365 solution worldwide
  • Organize user groups and build a network with functional management to identify areas where the applications can support and enhance business processes
  • Manage external partners and subcontractors
  • Establish partner collaborations
  • Ensure that necessary business approvals for the change management process are received on a global level
  • Work with developers to design and test extensions to the application functionality, write requirements and validate the quality of the implementation.
  • Lead the escalation handling: raise the flag, take ownership, propose action plan to direct peers in Corporate IT and with other internal stakeholders or external partners
  • Lead in developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain project team accomplishments by establishing and monitoring milestones; communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports
  • Troubleshoot questions/problems from the user community (based on good business process knowledge)

  • Proactive thinker who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to bring forward and test new ideas and industry-leading practices
  • Service-oriented, team player who seeks feedback to continuously improve programs
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define requirements for a variety of audiences
  • Must have well developed strong communication skills
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Excellent influencing skills in order to establish and maintain effective business relationships with business units
  • Good analytical thinking to be able to handle complex problems in a dynamic environment
Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role or similar role
  • Solid knowledge about MS Dynamics AX Projects, Sales & Logistics, MRP and Production
  • Experience with Finance module is a plus or willing to learn
  • Experience with system integration (CRM-ERP) is a plus
  • Experience with BI is a plus
