Business Analyst, Governance and Resilience

Overview

Mastercard is a global technology company and the Operations and Technology teams are central to building and delivering our products, services and technology to our customers. O&T is responsible for a broad set of technology capabilities including Markets and Localisation, Corporate Security and Payment Networks.

The O&T Europe team is looking for a Business Analyst, Governance and Resilience to support the regional regulatory requirements on the function. This role sits within Markets and Localisation and will report to the Governance and Resilience Director, Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Governance and Resilience Director to meet regulatory requirements on behalf of Operations and Technology.
  • Track, analyse and process improvement activities related to customer-impacting incidents.
  • Maintain metrics as defined by management.
  • Support strategic regional initiatives and key stakeholders within the O&T Europe team.
  • Produce monthly submissions of regional activities to share with the wider Markets and Localisation teams.
  • Own the administrative tasks related to monthly and quarterly regional meetings.

Experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be a team player, always looking for potential solutions to solve problems
  • Able to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
  • Have an understanding and interest in payments and technology
