Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing reporting dashboards based on customer needs. You will work together with the customer and operations managers to agree and define key components of dashboards in terms of contents and desired format. You will interface with report developers to ensure high quality and data consistency across all reporting dashboards and support the client with issues concerning reporting. You will continuously analyze reporting metrics and parameters, to enable insights into the business trends and offer solutions to improve reporting clarity and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct analytic investigations based on generated reports, metrics and KPIs to understand trends, patterns, relationships between various data and generate insights;
  • Working closely with operational and customer leads to ensure that reports properly reflect the business requirements;
  • Track reporting requests (internal/external) and update reporting logic based on evolving business needs;
  • Facilitate design of the reporting dashboards in terms of operational productivity, supply chain parameters and performance metrics;
  • Provide trainings on proper usage and interpretations of created dashboards internally and externally;
  • Act as an escalation point for the area of reporting dashboards content and format and offer solutions to address business expectations.

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of business analytics experience with a proven background and affinity with data analysis techniques ( using data to identify trends and offer solutions);
  • High level of MS Office user skills (in particular Excel, PowerPoint) and a proven affinity with IT system related activities;
  • Knowledge of dashboard visualization software at user level (e.g. Tableau, Click etc.);
  • Knowledge of SQL, JIRA, API, UML is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details with a systematic and methodical approach to work;
  • Ability of multi-tasking and dealing with different internal / external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong self-management skills with an ability to deliver results within agreed deadlines;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written form), additional language skills are an advantage.
