What do we expect?

• You will reshape, standardize and manage our reporting environment and support in our new ERP system on a daily basis.
• You will be responsible for our internal reporting environment, PowerBI. You will work together closely with the business departments (Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, PMO, Knowledge management etc.) to define the right reporting solution for their needs.
• You create solutions for our business managers by taking care of information management and business intelligence
• You will play a leading part in the implementation of the disciplined, structured use of data and tools
• You will establish a clear framework and provide technical resources for your colleagues to work with.
• You will make sure all available data is integrated in order to create reliable reporting and dashboards.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a master’s degree in computer science or economics with +5 years of experience working in a reporting environment or similar role
• You have a passion for analytics and digital technologies and sound knowledge of BI concepts, models, processes and methodologies
• You have extensive knowledge of PowerBI, ERP systems & processes
• You can get along with reporting tools and have technical experience (eg scripting)
• You can translate the business needs into simple reporting solutions and appropriate set up of tools/apps
• You have an analytical mind. You can easily interpret numbers and draw clear conclusions from them
• You are a creative self-starter in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• You are a team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are fluent in?Dutch, English (French is always an extra ?)
