  • Should be able to connect with business teams and understand the requirement.
  • Should have knowledge on Agile(Scrum) working and experience in working in Scrum.
  • Should be able to translate requirement from French or Dutch to English for Indian consultants.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should be able to act as bridge between Belgian & Indian consultants where necessary.
  • Should document entire knowledge so it can be useful for other consultants .
