We’re seeking a Business Analyst who will drive the definition and maintenance of cutting-edge business processes. As part of our clients IT Transformation projects, you’ll play a vital role in supporting strategic goals and delivering precise business requirements. Get ready to unleash your creativity and develop comprehensive plans and proposals to meet business needs, while elevating existing standards to new heights.

You’ll report directly to a Senior Business Systems Analyst, gaining invaluable insights and mentorship along the way. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and make a lasting impact!

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ business analysis experience
  • Experience within Change Programmes, ideally within a retail or logistics environment
  • Proven experience across the full project lifecycle (from initiation to benefits realization) in structured and agile project frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English (B2+)
  • Strategic thinking and contribution to the development of BA processes and best practices
  • Thorough understanding of interpreting customer/business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
  • Experience delivering requirement artifacts according to defined standards, including user stories, using business language
  • Customer-focused approach, ensuring changes provide value to the business

Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Process Modelling/swim lane diagrams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP; recognized qualifications would be advantageous
  • Experience in PIM implementations would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software: Windows, Office
  • Working knowledge of tools and languages for browser-based application development: HTML, XML
  • Proficient in basic project management
