Mission:

The candidate will be responsible for the sales and logistics applications within the business applications team. As analyst, you will work with the Business Process Owners to define the overall solution design and coordinate the steps to implement your solution designs together with the business teams. You will be responsible for building the overall sales and logistics applications for the group. Through iterative steps, you will work with the Business Process Owners and departments to set scope and priorities. The Sales and Logistics area covers a large area of solutions including SD, MM, PP, EWM etc. As group we opted to go for a cloud first strategy and have created a foundation with SAP Rise Private Cloud edition.

Main responsibilities:

Solution Design

• Gather and define the business requirements sales and procurement
• Design the solution in line with the business requirements
• Build the solution according to the overall agreed processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with the business stakeholders and business process owners
• Track and steer project progress on agreed deliverables, timelines, and dependencies

Application Management

• Organize the solution support according to agreed priorities
• Set scope and priorities in line with overall applications roadmap
• Organize the continuous improvement of the solutions in your area
• Keep track of new improvement opportunities in your area of responsibility and evaluate these together with your business contacts
• Plan the releases of your solutions
• Ensure validation and testing of all changes
• Lead and collaborate with external parties

Required qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-6 years of professional experience within the area of sales, logistic or procurement
• Experience in managing and implementing SD/MM, or other ERP applications is a plus
• A combined set of strong conceptual design and abstract thinking skills, business acumen, problem-solving mindset, advanced vision, and attention for detail
• Experience working in a (complex) multi-country, multi-BU environment
• Strong motivation to challenge the status quo and ability to navigate between hands-on analysis
• Strong English communication skills – written and oral - proficiency in Dutch, German, and/or French is a plus
