A world leader active in the Medical sector is looking for a Business Controller to be part of their growth. This MedTech is located in Mechelen.

You will be responsible for overseeing 2 different entities, implementing new processes, and playing a leading role in the entire implementation process. You will oversee and manage the business, gaining insight into its performance and perspectives. Additionally, you will report directly to the CFO.

You will operate at the company level, enabling you to make a significant impact through the business unit. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the top 10 global companies in the Medical sector.

Business Controller I Function:

  • From controlling, you monitor the results based on financial analyses and input from the various operational departments and are the first point of contact.
  • You are in charge of the monthly closings and are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
  • You review the operational and financial KPIs and advise on timely adjustments where needed.
  • You will analyze differences between actuals and budget figures, deviations will be reported and discussed.

Business Controller I Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Controlling.
  • You speak fluent Englsh knowledge of a second language is an asset
