They develop systems and solutions which provide consumers with a healthy and comfortable living & working environment, also taking into account energy efficient and the use of renewable energy.They develop innovative products and systems, and offer total solutions to make every hous into a healthy and comfortable home.We’re now recruiting a Business Controller Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside the Group CFO and COO. S/He develops a deep undestanding of strategy, various data sources, and uses / builds systems to analyse an communicate key outputs to the business unit managers.S/He’ll overview and manage insights of performance and outlook of the business, on country/region, channel and product level.As a member of the Management Team, this position works on a corporate level, where impact through the Business Units are generated.TasksYour responsiblities:Challenge & support business with accurate management information, advise on performance, in their ambition to deliver profitable growth and margin expansion initiatives;
  • Lead deliverable from controlling, participate in month-end closing process, budget & forecasts;
  • Drive continuous improvement of commercial / business processes and systems;
  • Responsible for planning, analysis & reporting of overhead expenditures, perform the review & analysis of overhead expenses, identify & propose resolutiosn around performance issues, ...

RequirementsIf our client could dream, you present:Master, preferably in an economically oriented specialisation;
  • Demonstrated succesfull business / commercial controlling experience (min 3 - 4 years) or similar as business analyst or financial controlling;
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and to facilitate changes, creative in the search for solutions, passionate about and driven by analytics and figures;
  • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills who is able to cut through the detail and pinpoint the key issues and impacts. Able to convey messages clearly;
  • Accountability for advise on business cases towards growth;
  • Excellent communicator, strong interdepartmental team player;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure; engage at all levels of the organisation easily;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset;
  • Willing to travel sporadically;
  • Ambitious to be(come) the ready-now-successor;
