Business Controller

Job Description

We are team that covers accounting and reporting, credit and collection, project management and business partnering across the globe. This role will be working under 2 experienced business controllers who will provide oversight and guidance and ensure a smooth on-boarding and extensive learning plan.

Your role:
  • Sales incentive calculation for each quarter:
    • Gathering HR information from 15 countries
    • Refresh the template per sales manager (+200 FTE)
    • Request payment to payroll services
    • Generate individual PDF sheet for all the sale manager team
  • ROFO Template preparation for all international markets;
  • AOP Template preparation for all international markets;
  • Monthly Performance review slides deck preparation for all International markets;
  • Checking status of SAP type order/Multi-Modality order/Catalyst deal (on demand);
  • Revenue reporting update;
  • Additional activities and improvement projects as you become more familiar and comfortable in the role.

You’re the right fit if:
  • Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or similar.
  • 0-3 years working experience in a finance role or internship.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel. Knowledge in financial modeling and/or Power BI is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact on all levels.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude & problem solver.
