Job Description

About your role:

In collaboration with our sales and marketing teams (SMarketing in short), you will be responsible for generating new leads and uncovering opportunities with these leads.

Your solution focus will be employee experience platform “LumApps”, which we deploy and support for customers. LumApps is an industry-leading SaaS platform that complements customer’s Google or Microsoft productivity suite and delivers a best-in-class employee experience. As such, you will work in close collaboration and with the support & training of the teams of LumApps and of our internal product experts.

You will explore potential customers and research companies within EMEA, with a big focus on Europe. You'll also engage with decision makers in companies and analyze their processes to identify ways of helping them out.

You will mainly connect with CIOs, CHROs and Marketing & Communications Directors to drive our pipeline.

You will generate and handover leads to the sales & pre-sales team across EMEA.

  • You can demonstrate both experience and measurable results in a sales position (at least 1-2 years)
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone, call a complete stranger and get to know them
  • For you, lead generation is not really a fancy corporate word but a responsibility
  • You're able to build executive relationships with customers, influence their long-term strategic direction & act as a trusted advisor
  • You can build and execute account plans, resulting in a robust pipeline
  • Coming up with and executing demand generation activities in close collaboration with the marketing team sounds exciting
  • You believe self development is key to success
  • You speak English and French or Dutch very well, and you have a decent level in the other language.
