At the same time we also have a growing team to help us build and maintain all of these products and services. This team also has support needs to help them work better and more efficiently.
Responsibilities

• You will help the Business Developpers to expand the Flemish market (market & competitor analysis, potentials and zones analysis,...)
• You will create learning content for our own platform dedicated to the training of the We Invest real estate agent’s job.
• You will help developing the Flemish new development activities (organisation of a new development round table, coaching the agencies on how to find and sell new development units, assistance to the recruitment of Sales Manager,...)
• You will assist the Flemish agencies growth by coaching them, helping them with the agent recruitment, following-up their the business plan,...
• Involvement in the creation of tools intented for the Flemish market (website, presentation,...)

Required skills

• You master Dutch perfectly and you are fluent in french and/or english
• You are eager to learn
• You have a can-do attitude and are passionate about making things happen
• You have strong analytical thinking and skills
• You have strong organisational skills and an analytical mindset
• You are comfortable with taking initiatives in projects you are working on
• You like the idea of being able to evolve, adjust and question yourself regarding different situation

Practical information

• Duration: at least 4 months (the longer, the better)
• Location: presence at the office (Brussels), but also possibility to work remotely partly
• Profile: master student or 3rd Year Bachelor (preferably in economics or similar degree)
• Time period: Q4 of 2021 or Q1 2022
• Interest: participation in the development of a start-up where you can really have a meaningful impact !
