Your journey with us

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Development Manager/Director to help us further expand our footprint and grow the business with a focus on Customer Transformation powered by the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, working with SMB companies and Private clients. You will have a direct impact on:

  • Designing our clients digital transformation roadmap, how Salesforce can bring tangible benefits and how Digital Mix can be their partner for success
  • Developing long lasting relationships with key decision makers and executive stakeholders of our clients and prospects (CEO, CFO, CIO…)
  • Driving go-to-market strategies and sales pipeline in view of team and company growth

How will your daily activities look like?

  • You actively build and drive the Salesforce for Private Go-to-Market strategy
  • You put yourself in the shoes of our Private clients and help them to rethink how they connect with their customers across every platform, every device and every step of the customer journey – we are looking for a digital rain maker
  • You build pipeline by generating leads for our Salesforce for Private service offering through prospection meetings, networking sessions, marketing events, internal liaison with partners of other business units and continuous alignment with Salesforce in the context of our alliance partnership.
  • You showcase a hands-on and pragmatic attitude to make ideas come to live in concrete propositions towards our prospects relevant for their context. Together with our team, you will bring inspiring presentations and demo’s focused on CRM and Salesforce as key enabling eco-system.
  • You maintain your pipeline and own the commercial reporting in the Deloitte Salesforce org and drive pipeline reviews as part of the Salesforce Management team.
  • You contribute to the commercial DNA (support building proposal and pricing strategies) within our team and support internal commercial optimization projects including advising on how to improve our go-to-market strategy.
  • You drive the development of marketing materials and events together with the Deloitte Salesforce Alliance team.

Let’s Talk About You

  • You hold a master degree and have held a business development role in the past
  • You have experience and a proven track record in B2B business development of services (consultative selling), ideally 10+ years within business and technology consulting or software sales industry
  • You have experience in working with cloud based CRM technologies such as Salesforce, alternatively Microsoft, SAP or others
  • You have strong knowledge of CRM processes and trends and are able to articulate a digital transformation vision in the customer domain
  • You have a broad interest in consulting services in general
  • You are a great networker and developing and maintaining relationships with many stakeholders at various levels gives you energy. An already existing business network (including SMB, family driven, private equity owned and/or scale-up organizations) is a strong asset
  • You have experience in prospecting the market pro-actively and landing first contacts and meetings. You are a rain-maker profile
  • You love generating leads and involve the right experts at the right time
  • You are a team player and like to work in a dynamic, agile and young environment
  • Language skills: Dutch, English, and proficient knowledge of French
  • Good communication skills, proactive, stress resistant and resilient
