  • Identify, define, and construct solutions for your internal clients and the talents you source.
  • Train, coach, and develop people around you in your domain of expertise (HR/Recruitment).
  • Strong in the opening, growing, and maintaining internal clients and talent relationships.
  • Contribute to your individual growth as well as team objectives and company successes.
  • Focus is on both the business level and on contributing to the excellent vibe.

Profile :

  • You know what you want in life, you wake up and know what you’ll stand for: you have your personal goals in life.
  • Recruitment is not your only « hammer » : you understand the business challenges of your internal clients and the trends of their industry; you can talk business and propose solutions.

Desired previous experience:

  • Between 5 to 10 years of successful end-to-end recruitment experience in FINANCE !

  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation capability
  • Industry savvy
  • Self-organized and driven
  • Responsible
  • Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a big plus)
