Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Process Expert will contribute to our business process transformation efforts. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of our supply chain operations in a specific area, and use this understanding to evaluate and validate changes to these processes, test the performance of these processes and implement these processes in our daily operational execution.

To achieve success in this role requires strong process mindset, a keen eye for standardized and optimized solutions, and a sustained execution. Are you up for the task? We are recruiting business process experts in 5 functional areas.

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with super users, stakeholders and data technology teams to support process stabilization and optimization initiatives and support technology enabling business processes to meet growth and value driving goals.
  • Drive process mapping in collaboration with business process execution and collaborate with other relevant stakeholders on process design and metrics for optimal execution and results.
  • Test, validate and train as part of solution delivery, in collaboration with key super users, stakeholders and peers to ensure solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Execute business process initiatives with low to medium cost and risk, assuring project goals and objectives are attained and sustained while creating project insight for project and functional leadership.
  • Provide support as a consultant for business partners and super users related to initiatives and incidents including research, testing, training, change and documentation.
  • Conduct meetings, ‘go Gemba’ to see how the process is working, collect data, analyze information and perform related tasks to manage process optimization change.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated understanding in the area of Masterdata Management with minimum 5 years of work experience in the broader supply chain area
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Continuous Improvement methodology and skills
  • General understanding of how enterprise resource planning, business process management, customer relationship management and business intelligence tools operate
  • Knowledge of business process modelling notations
  • Knowledge of organizational change and process optimization
  • Knowledge of implementation strategy and approach to ensure minimal impact to the business and end users
  • Demonstrated effective systematic problem-solving experience including incident management
