For the expansion of our Program Strategy & Execution (PSE) team, argenx is currently looking for a business process manager who assists the Portfolio and Business Process Lead in the management of the argenx development portfolio, capacity planning, and the establishment of business processes and tools to support portfolio and project management.
The business process manager provides help so that business processes and tools are inter-connected, processes are streamlined and datasets are up to date and stored in the appropriate location.
The business process manager provides administrative support for processes within the PSE team interconnecting with the project Leaders, Program Managers and more supportive functions such as HR and finance.
The Business Process manager reports to the head of PSE, with dotted line to the Portfolio Lead and Business Process Lead.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Basic statistical information is prepared for analysis at higher levels
  • Assisting in creation of reports and presentations
  • Own information/knowledge on the business process(es) and maintain this information on a regular basis
  • Relevant business processes are effectively co-ordinated
  • Day-to-day issues related to the support of the business processes are dealt with efficiently
  • Support is provided for several projects such as capacity programs, portfolio planning & resourcing and PSE template development and storage
  • Possibility to grow and take on tasks as PM
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Very good computer knowledge and familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and MS Projects
  • Knowledge on or eager to learn how to work with Power Bi or Tableau is an asset
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken;
  • Preferably experience in drug development and or biopharmaceutical company
  • First experience with program management (tools) is an asset
  • At least 2-3 years working experience is required
