The Business Testing Coordinator is a great organizer with a keen eye for details and quality. Actively consulting with stakeholders and performing UAT activities to support the implementation of programs. Working within a fast-paced agile environment, the Business Testing Coordinator thinks outside the box, loves collaborating across teams and is a lifelong learner.

About The Job

• As a Business Testing Coordinator, you are part of a Transformation team that ensures the end to end solutions are fit for business users.
• You will collaborate with Business Leads, Analysts, Project Managers, IT Stakeholders, Product Owners, Software Developers, Delivery and Technology Leads and Testers to clearly define, document and communicate test scenario’s that will enable the tester to perform the UAT.
• You’re responsible for organizing, consulting and reporting on the UAT.
• As a Business Testing Coordinator you distil the needs of the business and are using your strong collaboration skills. You support , coordinate and ensure the successful test activities. You will report on the status and are therefore also very good at stakeholder management;
• You love to work in an international, multi-cultural team. You challenge constructively and have high expectations of yourself and others.
  
  

About You

• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with good attention to detail and appreciation of auditing and reporting capability
• Communication skills and the ability to engage, manage and influence multinational stakeholders – influencing behavior and decision-making based on business knowledge, experience and competence.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities; correlating value of change against commercial and customer impact in a demanding, time-critical role and work comfortably within an environment of ambiguity and a high degree of complexity.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is optional
• You have a Bachelor degree
