• Writing high-quality production code for new features
• Resolving the root cause of software defects

• Developing hacks and workarounds that incur future technical debt

C Developer Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop clean and functional code that enhances the quality of Upland’s products and delights customers.Basic Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience programming in C++, including experience with large projects and performance analysis
• Ability to work a schedule that has at least 5 hours of overlap with standard work hours in the Central European Timezone
• Availability to start working within 30 days of receiving an offer

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience with browser internals/CEF
• Experience with Java/JNI

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
