Duties and Role:
  • Manage remotely the day-to-day deployment of the SOA&IDM middleware platform across different geographical sites and handover to operations, reporting to the SOA&IDM Project
  • Manager
  • Coordinate the Request for Change (RfC) processes and interact with NCIA Change Managers and IV&V testers
  • Analyse risks and proactively report problems and suggest solutions
  • Attend change & project management meetings as needed
  • Manage the development and deployment of an IDAM solution and rollout into operations
  • Evaluate whether supplier’s IDAM solution meets business and system requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the NEDS Project Manager
  • Coordinate identity management issues with other Project managers that require NATO identity information

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Required Currently Active Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
  • 2-3 years of experience delivering and transitioning a software application into live operations
  • 2-3 years of IT project and implementation management experience
  • Has proven working knowledge of server hardware/software, deployed in data centres and cloud / virtualization environments, following best practices, including X500 directories, Windows and Linux operating systems, firewalls, networking, computation, and virtualization
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in supporting Identity and Access Management (IDAM) products and services
  • Proficient in managing the software development lifecycle of an IDAM system
