Our client, a company specialized in human resources, is looking for a Campaign CRM Marketing Expert to play a key role in activating Marketing campaigns via email or automated customer flows.

Your responsibilities:
1/ Campaign Management & Coordination:
Creation of Segmented and targeted campaigning

Implementation of ’simple’ automated flows & one-shots

Ensure the tracking of the campaigns

Reporting & pouring into onboarding tables - simple flows/one-shots

Proactive monitoring of campaigns based on well-defined KPIs

Ensuring administrative tasks linked to the campaign

2/ Support for Pardot & Salesforce:
Ensuring 1st line assistance on technical issues & questions around Pardot & Salesforce

Documenting & communicating Marketing-related processes & key issues

Are you the one? Yes if, you have:
A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field

More than 2 years of experience in email marketing using campaign tools such as Salesforce and Pardot

Passion for campaign management underpinned by strong data and web metrics analytics

Great analytical skills and use a data driven approach to problem-solving

Ironclad ability to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines

Very strong collaborative team player

Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good knowledge of the other language, as well as English.
