Optimy is a project management software (SaaS) that helps companies to bring to life their positive social impact initiatives.

With our four solutions (grants, donation, volunteering and sponsorship) we help more than 300 clients in over 30 countries and support them in their willingness to do good to society. Our client portfolio includes Audi, L’Oréal, Michelin France, TUI, Petrobras and many others.

Our main goal? Making sure that our customers’ social impact projects are successful by making their processes more efficient and easy to set up in our intuitive flexible tool.

Your Mission

To support our fast growth, we are looking for a seasoned Chief Product Officer to orchestrate product and product deliveries activities, driving team’s effectiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate will report directly to the CEO and will be in charge of leading the different product managers. The CPO will be responsible for guiding product roadmap choices and ensuring the right delivery, time- and quality-wise.

Strategy
  • Deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers as well as maintain a deep understanding of the overall market
  • Create and seek out business opportunities to expand based on market trends and research with the CRO and CEO
  • Responsible for the vision, mission, positioning, strategy and execution of all product-related activities including development, evolution, and alignment of the product strategy with our market opportunities
  • Work closely with the CRO and CEO to develop go-to-market plans for launches and new releases
  • Define pricing and competitive positioning together with the CEO and CRO
  • Define the metrics related to product and product delivery performance and track them on an ongoing basis
  • Fully responsible for all security aspects (guidelines, implementation, audit, strategy, follow-up)

Operations
  • Translate the corporate strategy into product and product delivery plans
  • Build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions including product budgets and forecasts - ensure the viability, feasibility, and desirability of our entire product, by tapping the intelligence of our business development leaders, customers and assessing the competitive landscape to create strategic advantages
  • Responsible for the delivery of product and services which include roadmaps, sponsor devs and IT Ops
  • Define and deploy a sustainable & scalable process to define and develop products
  • Develop and implement robust operations (organization, process, tools) across the product cycle to boost the performance
  • Set up the right reporting to monitor the performance & take the responsibility for the complete product experience business intelligence data
  • Follow and report to the CEO monthly on production and OKRs performance
  • Manage all product-linked budgets
  • Evangelizing the product from concept to launch: produce strong thought leadership content, webinars and more in partnership with Marketing
  • Help on RFP / security questionnaires, when needed

Coaching
  • Hire, coach, monitor the performance management and career development of product and product delivery managers
  • Identify leadership potentials in the team and set them up for success and evolution
  • Drive a “scale-up” style environment of “get things done”
  • Fill management gaps when needed

Your profile
  • Solid experience in product leadership - a minimum of 10 years of product or product delivery management with a minimum of 5 years in a top management role, preferably in an international B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to define and translate strategy into tactical execution and prioritization
  • Expertise in modern forms of product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process
  • First experience in strategy consulting or design thinking is a strong asset
  • Strong track record of building and delivering products that have scaled, from concept to live
  • Proven track record of driving growth SaaS ARR, ACV, etc. Great understanding of the economics and dynamics of SaaS B2B
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyze, challenge or be challenged on metrics that measure the success of products
  • Proven experience in leading teams toward attaining objectives in various regions of the globe
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and a high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
  • Exceptional organization skills and time management techniques; must be able to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong ability to channel multiple points-of-view
  • Fluency in English
