Facebook is seeking a strong sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook’sadvertising solutions to Top Tier Accounts. The accounts are X-vertical with both a local and international scope. This role will mainly focus on cultivating and growing relationships with strategic clients as well as establish and expand relationships with new clients.With proven understanding of digital media, both brand and performance marketing, this role will alignwith a Client Solutions Manager within the Sales organization, to develop industry-specific marketingrelationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities with strategic clients.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions tomulti-channel advertisers. Client Partners must have strong consultative sales, strategic and analyticalskills; thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment, and have a passion for Facebook.Success in this position will require a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers;ecosystem partners (FMP’s and Agencies) close new business, and provide holistic marketing solutions.
- Build long term strategic partnerships with Belgian and International largest brands and their agencies in the region, from a deep understanding of their business
- Define and own account plans to unlock investments and drive client’s business key performance metrics. Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Develop brand & performance marketing approaches for the client to leverage Facebook ad solutions, creative approaches and ad tech infrastructure
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
- Collaborate with XFN partners to create learning agendas and close long term Joint Business Plans
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales, consulting and operational customer service relevant to their needs
- Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
- Exhibit executive presence and confidence in presenting Facebook to C-suite executives
- Partner with other country teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives, developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach
- Methodical coordination & communication across the various entities (FMP, agency, direct client teams)
- Act as a thought leader in the market as within our company to grow Facebook’s footprint and gain additional shares on total advertising budgets
- 7+ years experience in Marketing, Consulting, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in performance and/or brand marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
- 5+ years experience in dealing with C level and senior management
- Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and media agencies is a plus
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in EN - NL - FR
