    Clinical Trial Assistant
    Pharma & Sciences - Clinical Research
    • Administers, maintains and coordinates the logistical aspects of clinical trials according to GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and relevant SOP’s
    • Acts as a pivotal point of contact for the clinical trial team
    • Supports the clinical trial team in various administrative tasks
    • Prepares, translates, reviews and files documentation for clinical trials
    • Helps process improvements initiatives, including developing SOP’s
    • Provides agenda, minutes and action points for meetings
    • Supports processes related to setting up and tracking of trainings
    • Follows up on contracts, letters of intent, POs, invoices

    Wat zoeken wij?

    • Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in clinical environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office (word, excel, access, powerpoint)
    • Flexible and proactive approach
    • Fluency in English (spoken/written) as well as proficiency in Dutch and French are an absolute must. Please do not apply if it’s not the case.
