Hi all!

For a biotechnology client located in Wallonia I am searching for a freelance IT Cloud Support engineer to join their IT support team.

This role is on-site for their office near Charleroi.

Role:

  • Provide day-to-day IT technical support to end-users.
  • Provide support to the users with remote communications and connectivity.
  • Be able to solve infrastructure problems.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Have a sense of urgency and respect the procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
  • Professional experience as a support engineer needed.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure is a must.
  • Intune SAAS, applications
  • English needs to be really good as it is used professionally and French would be a good bonus to have
  • ITSM, Jira is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and overcome
