Comis de Cuisne - Courtyard Brussels EU


We have a fantastic position for a Comis de Cuisne in our restaurant at the Courtyard Brussels EU.


Responsibilities

As a Comis de Cuisne you’re on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a great chef.

You will do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.

This is your big chance to learn all there is to know about your trade.


  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Preparing the ingredients for a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
  • Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
