Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Claims Analyst to temporarily support the existing team for a period of 3 months. Are you up for the challenge? Apply now!

Main purpose of the role:

The Commercial Claims Analyst is responsible for day to day handling of incoming trade related invoices together with the settlement.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and resolving of the non-resolved price claims and ensure timely resolution on price claims
    • Investigate root cause
    • Implement remediation or prepare communication for sales to customer
    • Coordinate solution of the price dispute
  • Provide ad hoc support

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (pref. Master)
  • Fluent in English (local language is considered a plus)
  • Fast learner with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to navigate in a digital work environment
  • Can start asap
