What You’ll Do

Welcome & Support Roomies

  • Make move-ins smooth and personal.
  • Help new arrivals settle in and feel part of the house from day one.
  • Support roomies during their stay and when it’s time to move on.

Build Community

  • Organize moments that bring people together, from BBQs and game nights to Sunday brunches and yoga mornings.
  • Encourage roomies to connect and create their own events.
  • Keep the house vibe positive, inclusive, and fun.

Keep Things Flowing

  • Help with practical bits like rent follow-up and conflict resolution.
  • Suggest improvements for a better shared living experience.

Share Our Story

  • Highlight our community on social media.
  • Come up with creative ideas that make people want to join, and stay.
Who You Are
  • A natural connector who can make people feel at ease instantly.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together.
  • Organized, but flexible enough to adapt when plans change.
  • Proactive, you spot opportunities and make them happen.
  • A good listener and problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
