Offer

???? Freelance mission in Brussels and/or Leuven (start with a 6 month contract)

Challenge

As a a consultant you will hold a dual role:

First one being: Project Management within the content and translation team

  • Create an inventory of current processes and tools
  • Propose process improvements in close collaboration with (and with the buy-in from) your team
  • Capacity management setup, divide between in-house solutions and outsourcing content work to external copywriting and translation agencies
  • Reporting & dashboarding
  • Co-create the vision for the team’s future with a focus on tools & collaboration (internal & external)
  • Explore and integrate potential AI solutions

Second one being: Operational guidance and assistance of the translation team:

  • Operational guidance and aid of the translation team within the digital department of our client
  • Proofreading
  • Create a pitch / RFP criteria for partner selection
  • If need be, onboard new partner agency
  • Guide change within the team

Profile

  • You are keen on getting processes to work for you and your team
  • Strategic thinking and resource/capacity management do not scare you
  • Bonus points if you’re an experienced content, copy or translation consultant
  • You can quickly understand how a corporate organisation works and are experienced working with or for agencies
  • Previous experience in change management is preferable (Lean)
  • A sense of innovation and willingness to make a change are an extension of your profile
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English
